• Vås local fellow Ida Maria Börjesson lectures on her research entitled "Network(ing) Women - mobilising female homosociality through career for Women in Sweden", in other words how women, through formal networks, mobilise gender and women's relationships with women as a strategy and asset for advancing in their careers.
