Women & Film: A Little Piece of the Pie

Program

Women & Film is a series of films that highlight films with a focus on women's lives and situation in society as well as the work of female filmmakers.

We offer Coffee break after the film from around 3:45 p.m. Proceeds go to the Women's House in Örebro or other activities that promote the situation of women. During the Covid-19 epidemic, violence in close relationships has increased. Anyone who wants to make a contribution to Kvinnohuset can send their donation to 123 157 92 75.

As before, one of the organizers will present their business.

A little about the film: Life seems to have rushed past 70-year-old Mahin, who lives alone in Tehran since her husband died and her daughter moved to Europe. But a dinner with her friends ignites a spark within her. Maybe it's not too late to find love?
