Zonta International District 21 is nominated for the Girl Award!

The Girl's Prize goes to a person or organization in Sweden that has made an extra effort to highlight girls' rights and combat violations of these rights - either in Sweden or abroad.

Zonta aims to change attitudes and values in the long term to improve the conditions for women and girls and to strengthen and protect their human rights. We act at the international, national and local levels on issues that affect human rights and gender equality.

The award is presented in conjunction with International Girl's Day, and is intended to highlight people and organizations that fight for girls' rights.
