As a member of Zonta, you are part of a global network of around 25,000 people who all share your commitment to women's rights.
All Zonta Clubs worldwide work towards a common goal: to empower women and girls. It can be through collections, supporting efforts or by influencing those in power or private individuals to take a stand for women's rights and against violence in different ways.
At the same time, membership means that we support and strengthen each other. Zonta gives you new friends and insight into other people's professions. Through exciting lectures and study visits, you gain new knowledge in areas you might not otherwise come into contact with.
Both women and men are welcome in Zonta. As a member, you must have a commitment to women's rights and want to contribute to Zonta's goals and work. You must be 18 years of age and have professional experience. If you are under 30, the membership fee is reduced.
You apply for membership in the Zonta club where you live. In some cities, you can choose between several clubs. If there is no club near you, you can choose membership in e-club, which essentially has digital meetings. On the clubs' pages you will find information and contact details.
Contact your nearest club to be invited to a club meeting. Then you will find out more about our local efforts and meet the club's members. Once you have gained insight into Zonta, you are most welcome to apply for membership. You can also be suggested as a member.
Fill in your details to be contacted by your nearest club. Choose that club you wish your application to be sent to.
