Uppsala Zonta Club II
Our club has existed since 1988 and has around 30 members. We usually meet on the third Wednesday of each month, except June, July and August.

Monthly meeting February 19
Place: Restaurant Friggas in the City Hall. Entrance from Vaksalagatan.
Time: At 18.00 – approx. 20.30
Program: We start with mingling and then have dinner together.
Anette Marklund, Director of Studies at National Center for Women's Peace (NCK), talks about the new guidelines Men's helpline, Transgender helpline and Right to chooseIn addition, Anette will talk about ongoing/current research at NCK, as well as other current assignments.
The working groups that were formed at the January meeting ahead of our district meeting in September will then have time to talk about their work so far and work for a while in groups.
Monthly meeting January 15
Place: Uppsala Castle, entrance below the entrance to the Art Museum (we have admission in stages).
Time: At 18.00 – approx. 20.30
Program: Planning and collaboration ahead of the District Meeting in Uppsala 5-7/9.
In September it is time for the district annual meeting here in Uppsala and it is the most important event of the year in the club. At our monthly meeting, Inga-Lena and Anita will talk about the District Meeting, its content and how we need to contribute during the conference from the club. During the meeting, we will divide ourselves into working groups with different focuses and begin our collaboration. Please think about which working group you want to contribute to now. The different working groups are:

– Communication
