Notice to club meeting in Värnamo Zonta club
When: Tuesday, September 9 at 6:30 PM
Where: In Elsie's garden at Ljunglidsvägen 1, Värnamo

When you get to Elsie's, you go past the basement entrance and into the garden. The idea is that we will be outside the entire meeting, so dress for the weather. Elsie and Anette S are the hosts for the evening.

Tonight's programme:
• Elsie Lindstedt talks about and shows her newly landscaped garden.
• Annual meeting including by-elections, see separate agenda.
• Zonta Information/Zonta Matters

Please invite guests and notify Anette Sternevi by 5/9 at 6:00 p.m. The annual meeting is the last item on the program and guests will leave when we reach that point.

Cancellations must be made to Anette no later than 5/9 at 6:00 PM. Payment, see below, must also be sent to Anette no later than the same date and time. Anette's phone number is: 070 – 837 39 63.

If cancellation occurs after the scheduled time and date or if cancellation is not made by the person who was prevented from attending (regardless of reason), they must pay SEK 250.

Remember to indicate any allergies for your guests. Be mindful of other allergy sufferers and please come fragrance-free.
