Women & Film: Gloria! The Miracle in Venice

Women & Film is a series of films that highlight films with a focus on women's lives and situation in society as well as the work of female filmmakers.

We offer Coffee break after the film from around 3:45 p.m. Proceeds go to the Women's House in Örebro or other activities that promote the situation of women. During the Covid-19 epidemic, violence in close relationships has increased. Anyone who wants to make a contribution to Kvinnohuset can send their donation to 123 157 92 75.

A little about the film:Venice, 1800. What happens when an ancient music school receives a newly invented musical machine that everyone calls a "pianoforte"? Will it mean the start of freedom for the five young, female musicians?
