Election meeting and tour of the concert hall

Program:

• Walk to the Concert Hall at 6:30 PM
• At 7 pm screening at the Concert Hall with a lecture by Gregor Zubicky on the Swedish Chamber Orchestra's 30th anniversary.

The Swedish Chamber Orchestra, Örebro was founded in 1995 as the Örebro municipality's own chamber orchestra and has its home stage in the Örebro concert hall. The Swedish Chamber Orchestra is a close-knit ensemble of 39 musicians. In addition to performances at its home venue, the orchestra tours nationally and internationally. The main sponsors of the Swedish Chamber Orchestra are the Örebro municipality and Region Örebro county with support from The Swedish Cultural CouncilThe orchestra has its historical foundation in the Örebro orchestra association which was founded in 1909.

Gregor Zubicky has been artistic director since the start in 1995 and is basically an oboist.
