Isabella Cramner is the 2024 Jane M. Klausman Women in Business Scholar.
Isabella Cramner is an MBA candidate at New York University, Stern School of Business and part of the Andre Koo Technology and Entrepreneurship program. She has a background in business and brand development with a particular interest in the role of technology in these areas and previously has a Master's in Media Management from the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Royal Institute of Technology, KTH.
Most recently, Isabella worked at H&M as Global Media Innovation & Strategy Manager, as a strategist responsible for emerging trends at the intersection of media and technology, such as the use of AI and AR, for example the development of virtual clothing fitting.
In parallel with her work at H&M, Isabella has conducted research with a focus on AI for application in logistics and procurement at the School of Economics' Digital Transformation Think Tank, which shows her strong commitment to research and business development using new technology.
Zonta's scholarships focus on getting more women to take a place where decisions are made and the future is shaped, especially in areas where women are underrepresented. Isabella has clearly demonstrated both in her studies and working life that she takes up space and creates business benefit with the help of new technology. An area where it is extremely important to get more women in early. Here, Isabella has actively coached young women to invest in innovation and contributed to mentoring programs for the next generation of female leaders.
Through her studies at the NYU Stern School of Business, Isabella will further develop her skills in future technology and business operations and show that women can and must be involved in driving that development. We wish Isabella all the best and look forward to meeting her in the Zonta context.
