Women make up approximately 25 percent of those active in the space and aviation industry in the world. To support that women in the field have access to all resources and are represented in decision-making positions in the same way as men, Zonta International offers the Amelia Eathart Fellowship at the doctoral level.
The scholarship was established in 1938 in memory of the famous pilot and Zonta member Amelia Earhart.
